Mind Control: We Are Victims

While preparing for school at the beginning of last year, I was making copies of assignments for my classes, and I noticed a science class teacher's beginning-of-year questionnaire answer sheet. The question was: "Early man did not understand how lightning was made, so they invented Zeus to explain the phenomenon." The lesson for the freshman science class, I'm sure, is then explaining the science behind lightning and electricity.

I looked at the answer sheet and chuckled that I thought it was an easy answer. My delight was that I would have been able to answer it even without seeing the answer sheet or looking it up. An innocent question that suddenly shook me because this is not innocent. Our public education system teaches children that the spiritual realm does not exist. Students buy into this teaching. After all, Zeus is a false god, and the answer to the question is accurate. Except the answer goes deeper than man inventing a god. The answer being taught by a secular school system is that man creates make-believe solutions for all spiritual things, and all of the actual answers are found in science.

How much programming has been done?

Mainstream science embraces evolution and denies God. We are taught in school that the world is millions of years old and the human mind is a complicated machine. It is against the law to teach a biblical perspective in school because, after all, the intelligent science perspective has shown that the Christian view is a myth.

I met a self-proclaimed Christian biology teacher that taught evolution. She did not believe in it but emphasized that her teaching was on the theory of evolution. Why would anyone want to learn, much less teach children, something that is wrong? The same teacher did not teach the creation story.

Another teacher (again a self-proclaimed Christian) was more honest with the approach. He said it was a public school and that we were hired to teach what the government says should be taught. Referring to things not on the curriculum or expressly forbidden, like anything biblical, should be a firing offense.

How much freedom do teachers have in the classroom? Make sure you are talking with your children about what they are learning. All grade levels.

Students are taught to love themselves. They are taught that everyone's viewpoint is correct. Don't call sin a sin; it is a personal difference. Transvestites, drunkards, sexual predators, gays, advocates for abortion, advocates for sex before marriage, and racists are taught in a world view by teachers in schools. Do you think the minds of kids are safe there? A theme is taught of doing what makes the student happy. Anyone who complains and they must have a phobia and be a bigot. A secular worldview does not support the biblical worldview but opposes it.

Proverbs 22:5-6 says, "Thorns and snares are in the way of the crooked; whoever guards his soul will keep far from them. Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."

Christians are to stay away from the snares of the wicked, and it is the parent's responsibility to teach their children. It is not something that can be handed off to even a church. The frustration I have that you are reading in this post isn't even that a parent may think their duty is done because they bring their kids to church. The frustration is that kids are being handed over to the world to fill their minds with what the world thinks is right and wrong. Make no mistake; this is the devil and anti-God.

Isaish 5:20

Woe to those who call evil good

and good evil,

who put darkness for light

and light for darkness,

who put bitter for sweet

It is time to start if you haven't talked with your child about spiritual matters today.

Be blessed.
